That being said we understand ordering an item online presents certain challenges. You are not able to try the merchandise on and it is difficult to determine if an item will look good or fit properly. We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. We will do whatever we can to insure you are satisfied with your order. Return Policy
All Returns require Authorization. Please call 1-800-861-7313 for return authorization approval prior to shipping your item back.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size. WNY Skaters Paradise will gladly exchange any new product for a different size or color, if we do not have the same item in stock, you can substitute an item of equal value, or we will special order the correct size at no additional charge. (Manufacturer availability not guaranteed. Exchange policy does not apply to custom orders
You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be responsible for shipping the item back to WNY Skaters Paradise, and you will be charged the cost of shipping the replacement item being sent back to you. All Free shipping offers that were applied to the original order will also be applied to the replacement order, but you are still responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item for exchange.
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, require prior authorization and meet all terms listed above.
Stock items may be returned for any reason.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the item is being exchanged. Waiver of the restocking fee is at the discretion of WNY Skaters Paradise and will be considered on a per order basis. You will be notified when you request your Return authorization if the restocking fee will apply
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
(Maximum restocking fee of $30.00) All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, be in new and not used condition (unworn and unwashed) with original tags still attached.
Once the item or items are received back, they will be inspected and it they are in acceptable condition credit will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the day items are received. A Credit will be issued for the purchase price of items minus the restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded except as in situations listed below. The credit will be issued via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued. WNY Skaters Paradise reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Defective Item & Order Error Exchanges
If you are returning an item because of a defect or order error, we will exchange the item for the same exact item and we will pay for the shipping back and forth. Please contact us to arrange shipping for your return items. Or to expedite the exchange ship the item back via UPS ground or USPS-with tracking number only, and we will issue you a credit for the cost of the shipping. Be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt showing the cost of shipping with your order or send it via email or fax. We cannot pay for shipping charges without a receipt or if your return was shipped by any method other than USPS-with tracking number or UPS Ground. If you choose to ship the package by faster means than UPS Ground, a credit will be issued for the value of ground shipping only unless prior authorization was received from WNY Skaters Paradise to upgrade the shipping.
Custom Orders
Custom order returns vary by manufacturer. You will be notified of the return policy for the manufacturer of the custom item during the verification of the order. The Custom order return policies override any other return policy listed.
Refusal of Package
If a package is refused for any reason without first contacting WNY Skaters Paradise, the original and return shipping charges will be subtracted from your credit, in addition to a 15% restocking fee. See above for information about credit issuing.
